Questions people ask
Can Gabie replace Apparatix?
For selling, yes. Gabie covers your boards, open dates, CRM and proposals. It also has an AI sales rep that works open faces. For the back office, no. Gabie doesn’t run billing, landlord lease payments, commissions or posting instructions today. If you rely on those, keep Apparatix for them.
How much does Apparatix cost?
Apparatix doesn’t publish prices. Its website asks you to request a demo. Gabie is free up to 100 faces. Then it’s $0.25 a face a month, with everything included, Scout outreach too. Enterprise plans are custom.
Does Apparatix have AI?
Yes. In fall 2025, Apparatix launched AI Sales Profiles. Before a rep talks to an advertiser, they pull together its brand voice, contacts, competitors and news. Gabie Scout works earlier in the sale. It finds the advertiser, writes the outreach and sorts the reply.
Can I import my inventory from Apparatix into Gabie?
Yes, if you can get your structures and faces into a CSV or a spreadsheet. Gabie also reads PDF and Excel rate sheets. Columns for current advertiser, end date and rate come in as bookings.
Can I run Gabie and Apparatix together?
Yes. A common split is Apparatix for leases, billing and accounting. Gabie handles prospecting, pipeline and proposals. The two don’t sync today, so pick one system to own availability.
Which is better for a small independent operator?
If you have empty faces and no one to sell them, pick Gabie. It’s free up to 100 faces, and Scout does the outreach. If your boards are full and billing is the headache, Apparatix is the fuller back office.
