Use case
Fill vacant billboards without waiting on the sign.
Scout finds local businesses that fit each empty face. It writes outreach about that exact board. Interested replies go to your rep.
Before Gabie
- A “rent me” sign and a phone number do most of the prospecting.
- Reps work the boards they know. Faces in remote markets go months without a single touch.
- Prospect lists come from memory, drive-bys or a bought list. None of it ties to a board.
- Nobody can say which vacant faces were pitched this month, or to whom.
- An empty month can never be sold again.
With Gabie
- Each open face gets its own list of nearby businesses. They’re matched by type of business and distance.
- Each first email is short and plain. It uses the face’s real traffic and rate. It never claims what Gabie can’t prove.
- Reps approve each draft before it sends from your own mailbox.
- Replies are sorted into seven kinds, like interested, pricing or wants to meet. Each goes to the owning rep.
- The Scout funnel shows active strategies. It also shows approved prospects and outreach sent.

Questions we hear
How do you fill a vacant billboard?
Start with businesses that already gain from that road. Look for ones nearby, in categories that buy local reach. Skip the ones already on your boards. Pitch them that exact face. Show them what their brand looks like on it. Follow up until you get a yes or a no. Scout builds the list, drafts the outreach and routes the replies. Your rep closes.
Should I lower the rate to fill a vacant billboard?
Sometimes, but not first. A face nobody has pitched isn’t mispriced yet. Gabie shows each face’s occupancy and asking rate, so you can decide with facts. Each discount is kept on the proposal.
Does Scout work in small markets?
Yes. Scout searches around each face. So it works on a rural highway as well as in a city. Small markets give shorter lists.
How many emails does Scout send?
As many as you allow. You set a daily cap, and you choose which faces Scout hunts.
