Gabie vs Spreadsheets · Excel / Google Sheets + QuickBooks
Your spreadsheet knows which boards are empty. Gabie goes and fills them.
A spreadsheet is a record of what already happened. Gabie acts on it. It works each open face and sorts each reply. Each renewal lands on a rep’s list before it runs out.

Questions people ask
Is Gabie really free for small billboard operators?
Yes, up to 100 faces. Above that, it’s $0.25 a face a month, with everything included. You pay by face, not by seat. Scout outreach has no extra fee.
Can I import my billboard spreadsheet into Gabie?
Yes. Upload a CSV of your structures and faces. Or drop in PDF, Excel and image rate sheets, and Gabie pulls out the faces. Add columns for current advertiser, end date and rate to bring in active bookings too.
Do I still need QuickBooks?
Yes. Gabie doesn’t do invoicing or accounting today. It handles the selling side: inventory, prospecting, CRM and proposals.
What’s the best way to track billboard inventory?
Track each face, not just each structure. Note when it’s open, who’s on it, the end date and the rate. A spreadsheet can hold that. The problem is that nobody acts on it. Gabie keeps the same data and works the empty faces.
How long does it take to move off spreadsheets?
If your structures are already in a sheet, the import takes minutes. Loading contacts and setting up Scout’s sending mailboxes takes longer. We do that with you during onboarding.
