For operators · A few hundred to a few thousand faces, and a small sales team

Sell like a national operator with the team you have.

Gabie finds buyers for each open face. It keeps a true record of what’s open and gives each rep a daily queue. A small team can cover every market you own.

Gabie’s CRM pipeline: 31 open deals by stage, each tied to the board it is for

What’s costing you boards right now

  • Too many faces for too few reps.

Reps sell the boards they know and the accounts that renew.

  • What’s open lives in someone’s head.

A spreadsheet, a whiteboard and the one person who knows which holds are real.

  • Renewals sneak up on you.

Flights end and nobody talks to the buyer.

  • Each proposal starts from scratch.

Rates from one file, photos from another, dates from an email thread.

How regional operators use Gabie

  • Outbound without hiring an SDR

Scout finds nearby businesses for each open face.

  • Open dates the whole team can trust

Each hold and booking sits on its face, locked so the face can’t be sold twice.

  • Renewals at risk

Today shows the owning rep each booking ending in the next 60 days.

  • Proposals from the live ledger

Reps pick faces and dates, and Gabie fills in card rates.

  • One CRM next to the boards

Accounts, contacts, deals and tasks live next to the faces they’re about.

Questions we hear

Do we need a sales-ops person to run Gabie?

No. Reps work from Today. Managers work from the map and the CRM roll-ups. Gabie keeps the records current as deals move.

Can we start with one market?

Yes. Import one market’s structures and point Scout at its open faces. Add more markets when the team is ready.

Will Scout email from our domain?

Scout sends from the Gmail or Outlook mailboxes you connect. It sends only after a rep approves each draft. Replies come back to your team.

What does Gabie cost for a regional operator?

Gabie is free up to 100 faces. After that, it’s $0.25 a face a month, with everything included. So 1,000 faces cost $250 a month. Large operators can sign an Enterprise agreement.

Every empty face is money you already spent.

Sign up free for your first 100 faces, or bring three open faces and we run Scout on them while you watch.
