From photo sheets, spreadsheets or your old system.

Drop in photo sheets, permits and leases. Gabie reads them into faces, grouped by structure. Or upload a spreadsheet, bookings and all.

02Never sold twice

Nobody sells a face twice.

Every hold and booking checks that the face is free. If it’s taken, Gabie says who has it and shows the open weeks.

Holds: A hold ends on its own after 48 hours. The rep is warned first.
Calendar: Twelve weeks for every face. Click an open week to hold it.
Lease and permit guard: Gabie won’t book past the end of a ground lease or a dead permit.
Avails sheet: Send the open weeks as a branded sheet or a spreadsheet.

03Digital faces

Digital faces, sold by the slot.

Set the loop once. Gabie checks the math and splits the day into five parts. You see what’s open in each one.

Loop check: The spots have to add up to the loop. Gabie checks.
Dayparts: Morning drive to overnight, each counted by how many people see it.
Availability check: Pick spots and a time of day. Gabie says open or taken first.
Demand ledger: Every advertiser on the loop, with their share and their deal.

04The structure

Leases, permits and the work, on the structure.

Each structure keeps its lease, permits, inspections and work orders. It also logs every change and who made it.

05Yield

What each open face is worth, ranked.

The yield board ranks open faces by what they’re worth and how many drive by. Ask Gabie for a new rate and it checks like faces first.

Open value: What’s open, times the rate, with more weight on busy roads.
Comparable faces: At least three like faces nearby, on other structures.
Guardrails: No price cut while a proposal quotes the face. Your floor always holds.
One face only: A new rate changes that face only. Deals stay as they are.

Inventory questions

Can I import my inventory from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Upload a CSV of up to 10,000 rows. You see a preview and any errors, row by row. Booked rows come in as bookings. If your old export looks different, we map it with you when you start.

Can Gabie read structure sheets, leases, and permits?

Yes. Drop in PDFs, Word or Excel files, or photos, up to 12 MB each. Gabie fills in the structure and face details. You check them before anything is saved.

Does it handle digital boards?

Yes. Each digital face knows its loop, its spot length and how many spots it has. Each booking takes a spot. Gabie checks the loop has room before anything saves.

How do holds work?

A hold reserves a face for a date range and lapses 48 hours after it’s placed. Gabie warns the rep before it does, and when the contract is signed, the hold becomes a booking.

Does Gabie sync with Apparatix, Ayuda, or Broadsign?

Not with a live link today. You bring your inventory over with an export. Then Gabie is the record your reps sell from.

What does it cost?

Free up to 100 faces. Then it’s $0.25 a face a month, on every face, with everything included. Enterprise is priced for large operators. You pay by face, not by seat.
