- Held faces get counted as sold, or as open, depending on who ran the sheet.
- A digital face counts as booked if any slot is sold.
- Leaders see last month’s number after this month’s choices are made.

- Each face shows how much of it is booked, from active bookings.
- The map counts open, partly sold, booked, held and off-air faces. It also shows monthly revenue for what’s on screen.
- Digital faces count open slots, so a half-sold loop reads as half-sold.

How do you calculate billboard occupancy rate?
Occupancy is the share of sellable space that’s booked over a period. For static faces, divide booked face-days by available face-days. For digital, divide booked slot-time by total slot-time. For example, say a market has 400 faces and 280 are booked for the month. It’s at 70% occupancy, with 120 faces left to sell.
What is a good billboard occupancy rate?
It depends on the market and format. Read it next to rate. A market that’s always full at low rates may be priced too low. Track it by face, by market and over time. Treat long-vacant faces as a sales problem before a pricing one.
Do holds count as occupied?
Gabie shows held faces apart from booked ones. You see both numbers and decide how to report them.
Can I export the numbers?
Yes. Export the open windows as a branded avails sheet or a CSV. It covers every face that matches your search.
