Use case

Billboard proposals built on what’s open, in minutes.

Pick the faces and dates, and Gabie fills in the rates. It checks that every line is open and saves the proposal to the deal.

Before Gabie

  • Rates, photos and specs get copied from three files into a template.
  • You check what’s open by asking someone. Sometimes the answer is wrong.
  • Discounts are agreed on the phone and never written down.
  • Sent proposals live in email, with no reminder to follow up.

With Gabie

  • Faces are picked from the live ledger. Booked and held dates can’t be quoted as open.
  • Each line saves the card rate, so a later reprice doesn’t change what the buyer saw.
  • Quotes more than 50% above or below card are flagged. The rep signs off, and it’s saved for audit.
  • Every proposal shows its status on the deal. It’s draft, sent, accepted, rejected or expired.
  • Reps build it from the deal, with faces that are free. Gabie checks every line when it saves.

How it runs

  • 1

    Start from the buyer

Open the deal or the reply.

  • 2

    Pick faces and dates

Choose static faces or digital slots, and a date range for each.

  • 3

    Review the rates

Card rates fill in on their own.

  • 4

    Send and follow up

Mark it sent, and its status and follow-up live on the deal, not in your inbox.

Questions we hear

What should a billboard proposal include?

For each face: location and facing, size, format, the dates and the rate. Then the total, any special terms and a picture of the board. Buyers decide faster when the dates are confirmed open.

Can one proposal include static and digital faces?

Yes. Each line is a face and a date range. Digital lines are checked for room in the loop.

What happens if the rate card changes after a proposal goes out?

Nothing changes on the proposal. Each line keeps the rate it was quoted at.

Does Gabie handle e-signature?

Not today. Gabie keeps contract records linked to the proposal. Sign the way you do now.
