02Checked on save

Every face is checked when you save.

Gabie locks each face and checks its holds and bookings. If a face is taken, the proposal does not save.

Holds count
A hold for another advertiser still blocks the dates.
No doubles
One face can’t be on two lines with dates that overlap.
Digital faces
Gabie checks that the loop has room.
Not a hold
Saving a proposal does not hold a face. A hold comes from Inventory.

03Card rates

If a rate changed, Gabie shows both numbers.

Gabie loads the card rates again each time you save. You can quote any rate, but far off card, the rep signs off.

Rate moved
See the old and new card rate. Use the new one or keep yours.
Far off card
A rate more than half above or below card needs the rep’s OK.
Saved
The rep’s OK is saved in the proposal’s activity.
The rep decides
No one else has to approve the price.

Where it sits

Between the hold and the booking.

A proposal starts from a deal in the CRM. It checks Inventory each time you save. A signed contract turns the holds into bookings, and Studio takes the artwork from there.

Proposal questions

Does Gabie generate a proposal PDF or a shareable link?

No. Gabie builds and tracks the proposal: faces, dates, rates and status. You send it the way you do now, then record it sent.

Does creating a proposal hold the faces?

No. Proposals check that faces are free, but don’t hold them. Place a hold from inventory to keep a face. Holds become bookings when the contract is signed.

Can reps discount?

Yes. Any rate can be quoted. A quote more than 50% off card needs the rep’s sign-off. It’s saved on the proposal’s activity.

Does Gabie handle e-signature?

No. A contract is made from an accepted proposal and signed in Gabie, which books the faces. Get the buyer’s signature your usual way.
