Use case

Move your billboards off spreadsheets without losing a face.

Import structures, faces and current bookings from a CSV or your structure sheets. Gabie checks every row and shows you what it couldn’t read.

Before Gabie

  • Your boards live in a spreadsheet, a folder of PDFs and an old export. They disagree.
  • Structures with several faces are listed once, or four times.
  • Current bookings aren’t in the file. So every face looks open, or every face looks booked.
  • The file has no loop details for digital faces. So nobody can say how many slots are sold.

With Gabie

  • CSV import checks each row. It lists anything it rejected, and why.
  • AI reads structure sheets in PDF or spreadsheet form. You review them before anything saves.
  • Current bookings come in with the faces, so what’s open is right from day one.
  • Digital faces carry slots, loop length and spot length. Gabie checks the math before they save.
  • Run an import twice and nothing gets doubled.

How it runs

  • 1

    Export what you have

A spreadsheet, an export from your old system, or a stack of structure sheets.

  • 2

    Map and check

Match your columns to structures, faces and bookings.

  • 3

    Fix the flagged rows

Gabie flags rows with missing facings, duplicate structures or loop math that’s off.

  • 4

    Go live

Your faces show up on the map with what’s really open.

Questions we hear

Can we migrate from our current lease management system?

Yes, through an export. Most systems can make a CSV of structures, faces and bookings. For larger operators, our team maps that export to Gabie with you.

How long does migration take?

A clean CSV imports in minutes. Messier data takes longer. Think duplicate structures, missing facings or bookings in their own file. We work through the problems with you.

Do we have to migrate everything at once?

No. Start with one market, confirm what’s open is right, then add the rest.

Will re-importing create duplicates?

No. Imports are safe to run again. Rows that already exist aren’t created twice.

The parts of Gabie behind this

Every empty face is money you already spent.
