Use case

Each account has an owner, and each owner has a list.

Gabie assigns accounts, leads and bookings to named reps. Scout’s new leads go to an owner. Managers see where coverage is thin.

Before Gabie

  • Who owns an account is settled by whoever called first.
  • Nobody owns the faces in remote markets.
  • Two reps pitch the same business in the same week.
  • Managers learn an area went quiet at quarter-end.

With Gabie

  • Accounts, contacts, leads and bookings each have a named owner.
  • Scout sends new leads to the owner you choose. Or it sends them to the sales rep with the lightest open load.
  • Manager roll-ups show each rep’s open load and stale deals. They also show overdue tasks and touch coverage.
  • The map shows each face’s status in every market. Unsold areas stand out at a glance.

How it runs

  • 1

    Set up the team

Invite your team, and give each person the role their job needs.

  • 2

    Assign the book

Give every account and lead a named owner.

  • 3

    Let Scout route

When a buyer is interested, the reply goes to the owner’s CRM inbox.

  • 4

    Check coverage each week

Use the manager roll-up to spot stale deals and reps with too much on their plate.

Questions we hear

How should billboard sales territories be divided?

Most operators split them by place. That could be markets, counties or highway corridors. That way a rep can drive the territory and knows the boards. Make it clear who owns each account. Then two reps never pitch the same buyer. Rebalance when one territory has more open faces than one rep can handle.

How does Scout decide which rep gets a lead?

Scout sends new leads to the owner you choose. Or it spreads them across sales reps by open workload. You can reassign ownership any time from the CRM.

What happens when a rep leaves a territory?

Their accounts, contacts, leads, bookings, tasks and meetings move to a new owner in one step. The history stays intact.
