Use case

Start each renewal before the flight ends.

Gabie watches each booking’s end date and each hold’s expiry. Then it puts the renewal and the rebook in front of the owning rep, in time.

Before Gabie

  • End dates live in a spreadsheet column nobody sorts.
  • Reps learn a flight ended when the crew asks what goes up next.
  • Holds sit for weeks after the buyer goes quiet. They block faces that could be sold.
  • A lost renewal isn’t noticed until the face is already dark.

With Gabie

  • Bookings ending in the next 60 days show up on the owning rep’s Today. Gabie sends a notice at 30 days.
  • A hold ends on its own after 48 hours. The rep is warned before it does.
  • A renewal-save sequence lays out the steps for the rep. It has an email, a call and a task to revise terms or release the face.
  • A face with no renewal shows as a gap coming up, with an estimated value. Scout can pitch it.

How it runs

  • 1

    Gabie watches the dates

Every booking and hold carries its end date.

  • 2

    The rep starts the talk

From Today, the rep starts the renewal-save sequence.

  • 3

    Renew, or release to backfill

A renewal becomes a new proposal at the current card rate.

Questions we hear

When should billboard renewal outreach start?

Early enough that a “no” still leaves time to sell the face. Today shows bookings ending in the next 60 days, and Gabie sends a notice at 30. For longer flights, work your renewal list in the CRM earlier.

What happens when a hold is about to expire?

A hold ends on its own 48 hours after it’s placed. The owning rep is warned first, so they can get a decision or let the face go.

Does a renewal have to be at the old rate?

No. Renewal proposals use the current card rate. Any quote far off card is flagged and recorded, so rate changes are on purpose.

The parts of Gabie behind this

Every empty face is money you already spent.

Sign up free for your first 100 faces, or bring three open faces and we run Scout on them while you watch.
