Where it sits
From the first reply to the signature.
Replies land in the CRM inbox. Then the deal follows the hold, the proposal and the contract. When the contract is signed, the deal is too.
Sell the face. Find a buyer and sign the deal.

CRM questions
Do we have to leave HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. Reps can push a deal, with its company, contact and stage, to HubSpot. It goes one way. There is no Salesforce link today.
Which email providers work?
Gmail and Outlook, connected per rep. Gmail syncs both ways, so replies show up in Gabie. Outlook can send from Gabie; replies sync from Gmail only.
Can I import contacts from a CSV?
Not today. CSV import is for inventory. Contacts come in through Scout, the Gabie panel, or reps adding them.
Does it track renewals?
Yes. Bookings ending in the next 60 days show up on Today as renewals at risk. Gabie sends a notice 30 days out. From the deal, a rep can start the Renewal Save plan.
How do territories and ownership work?
Every account, contact and deal has an owner. Managers can see each rep’s workload and late tasks.
Is the CRM priced separately?
No. It’s in every plan. Free covers up to 100 faces. After that, it’s $0.25 a face a month for everything.
