AdQuick vs DOmedia: Marketplaces Agencies Use (2026)

By Gabie Research · Updated Oct 12, 2026 · 7 min read

Short answer

Pick DOmedia if you want agencies to find you through RFPs and you like seeing seller tiers posted: 0%, 0.5% of contracted media, or a quote. Pick AdQuick if you want owner sales tools and brand buyers, and can ask for a price. AdQuick posts no owner price. DOmedia posts percentages but does not say who pays them.

  • Both put your inventory in front of agencies and brands. DOmedia posts seller tiers. AdQuick posts no owner price.
  • DOmedia's sellers page shows 0% and 0.5% of contracted media for two tiers. The Full tier is a quote.
  • AdQuick's one public number is OUTFRONT's $17.0 million a year for Sales Cloud, in an SEC filing.
  • Both give inventory counts that differ from page to page or source to source.
  • OAAA tags both as media planning platforms, DSPs and SSPs.

Pick DOmedia if you want agencies to find you through RFPs and you want the seller tiers posted. Pick AdQuick if you want owner sales tools and brand buyers, and you can ask for a price. Both are marketplaces that agencies use to find your boards. Neither says clearly what it keeps from a sale.

How do agencies find your inventory?

On DOmedia, an agency searches for space and sends an RFP. DOmedia's platform page says one RFP goes to all matched vendors at once. Vendors answer with real-time availability. The answers come back to the agency's plan. If the agency accepts, the offer moves to a contract.

On AdQuick, buyers plan on the marketplace. When a buyer wants your units, an RFP or a hold request lands on your dashboard. AdQuick also lists lead generation that finds advertisers near your units and routes them to your pipeline. In May 2025 it launched Copilot, an AI assistant that helps buyers plan. Billboard Insider describes it as aimed at advertisers.

The main difference is how the work arrives. DOmedia sends you RFPs to answer. AdQuick sends RFPs and hold requests too, and it adds sales tools for your own customers.

What does an owner have to do?

On DOmedia, you load your inventory data. Then you answer RFPs. DOmedia's agency page says buyers get "real-time availability and pricing." So stale dates hurt you. The Manual tier is the light path. You answer by hand.

On AdQuick, you load units, prices, spec sheets, leases and photos into a supplier dashboard. Backfills and warnings help keep availability current. You place holds, send proposals and track proof of posting. It asks more of you, and it offers more tools.

What does each one take?

DOmedia posts a number. AdQuick does not.

DOmedia's sellers page lists Manual at 0% and Data at 0.5%. The word fee does not appear. The page does not say who pays the percentage or which deals count. Here is a simple example. If a percentage fell on $100,000 of contracted media, 0.5% would be $500. DOmedia does not say if that is how it works. Ask.

AdQuick posts no owner price. A 2020 TechCrunch story says it takes a commission on the purchase, with no rate. OUTFRONT's 10-Q shows the one public number. OUTFRONT pays $17.0 million a year for Sales Cloud, for a non-cancellable three-year term. That is one large deal, not a list price. See AdQuick pricing.

On the buyer side, a May 2025 Billboard Insider story says DOmedia Lite is free to new agencies and advertisers. It covers search, RFPs and contracts. Users contact DOmedia to turn it on. The story is over a year old, so check the offer.

What do you get after the deal is made?

DOmedia's Data tier adds a contract dashboard and a posting instructions dashboard. Its Full tier adds contract generation, automatic posting instructions, lease management and a contract billing link. The platform page lists proof-of-install photos and completion reports.

AdQuick's owner pages list contracts you generate or upload, with e-sign. They list proof of posting by campaign. They also list reports on leases, royalties, billing and occupancy. Sales Cloud adds card and ACH checkout.

So both go past the listing. DOmedia puts the heavier tools in its top, quoted tier. AdQuick sells its sales platform as a license on request.

How do they reach local advertisers?

DOmedia runs BillboardsIn. It is a self-serve site where a local advertiser can book space without an agency. DOmedia says 75% of BillboardsIn users have never bought OOH before. Its sellers page lists BillboardsIn under the Full tier.

AdQuick lists lead generation instead. Background jobs surface advertisers active near your units. The page does not say it writes or sends the first email. Your reps still make the first contact.

What do agencies get from each?

Your boards sit inside the agency's planning tool, so it helps to know what the agency sees.

DOmedia's agency page lists forecasting and budgeting, flight visualization, maps and Excel or PowerPoint output. It also lists specs and photosheets, third-party audience data and proof of performance. Its platform page adds searchable historical rate data. So an agency can compare your rate with past rates. Keep your rate card clean.

AdQuick's owner pages list audiences, measurement and a programmatic DSP. Its Copilot helps a buyer draft a media plan and pick units. In both tools, a clear photo, a real spec sheet and honest dates win the click.

Are the numbers reliable?

Treat every size claim as a claim. DOmedia's pages give two asset counts, 1.5M+ and 1M+. Its homepage says $2,347,182,921+ in annual contracted media. Its sellers page says over $2.5 billion. A 2025 story says the Lite directory lists over 1,400 suppliers, while the pages say 2,000+. AdQuick says 1.6 million+ pieces of inventory. The units may not match.

Ask each vendor for numbers in your market. How many agencies searched near your boards last year? How many sent you RFPs? Those answers matter more than the national total.

Which is easier to start with?

DOmedia's sellers page has calls to book a demo and to contact it for the Full tier. The Manual and Data tiers show posted percentages, so you can see where you would start. AdQuick's pages ask for a work email, and its price is on request. Neither offers a public price list that shows a dollar amount. For either one, plan on a call.

Can you list on both?

The pages we read do not bar it. Many owners list in more than one place. The risk is a board sold twice. So pick one system to own availability, and keep the other one current from it. OUTFRONT's AdQuick license includes an exclusivity period. Its terms are not public. Ask AdQuick how it affects you.

What should you ask both vendors?

  1. What do you keep from each sale? Who pays it?
  2. What does my size cost, and what is extra?
  3. How many agencies search near my boards?
  4. Who owns the advertiser after a booking?
  5. How long is the deal, and can I leave?
  6. Can I export my data if I go?
  7. Which of my tools do you connect to?

Pick DOmedia if

  • You want posted tiers, including one that shows 0%.
  • You answer many agency RFPs.
  • You want a self-serve site for local buyers, with final say on each contract.
  • You are happy to ask for a quote on the Full tier.

Pick AdQuick if

  • You want owner sales tools with holds, e-sign and checkout.
  • You want brands and agencies to plan around your boards.
  • You want lead generation near your units.
  • You can get a written price on a call.

What does neither one do?

Neither lists a tool that writes the first pitch to a local business near an open face. It would also send that pitch. DOmedia's pages list no outbound prospecting. AdQuick's lead generation surfaces advertisers, but its page does not say it sends outreach. Our AdQuick review and DOmedia review cover each in more depth.
