What is Elevate OOH?
Elevate OOH is software for the out-of-home industry. Its homepage says it was "built from the ground up" for that industry. It says the product joins a CRM with inventory and contract management. It describes the flow as "from lead to contract to campaign delivery."
It also sells website design for OOH companies. The sites have mobile-friendly pages and interactive inventory maps. The site says the maps connect directly to Elevate OOH.
The seller is Elevate OOH, LLC. The site lists a phone number and a LinkedIn page. It lists no street address.
Who is it for?
The FAQ says it is for operators, media owners and agencies who are tired of spreadsheets and disconnected tools. It also says an operator with two signs or two thousand is welcome. Billboard Insider's August 2026 listing and October 2026 launch post both aim it at independent owners.
Who built Elevate OOH?
The About page names two co-founders.
- Tracey Hess, co-founder and chief operating officer. The page says she has more than twelve years in billboard plant operation and has worked with independent owners.
- Eric Hazelwood, co-founder and chief technology officer. The page calls him a software engineer who leads product and technology.
The page says the company was built by people from the independent OOH industry. It also says, "We are not backed by capital venture, silent investment, or desire to fashionably break into the OOH space from outside."
The page also ties both founders to SignDash. It says Hazelwood founded and developed SignDash and has since left. It says Hess led its redevelopment. A September 2024 interview in Billboard Insider names Hess with SignDash. It describes her work on new clients, support and software from a user's view. See our SignDash review.
When did Elevate OOH launch?
| Date | What happened | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Aug. 14, 2026 | A classified listing says Elevate OOH is "building" a CRM and inventory platform | Billboard Insider listing |
| Sept. 2026 | The site says the product "soft-launched" | Elevate OOH site |
| A few weeks before Oct. 6 | A Founders Circle soft launch for early members | Launch post |
| Oct. 6, 2026 | The launch post runs. Five companies had joined. | Billboard Insider |
So it had been public for six days when we checked on October 12, 2026. It has no history to judge.
What does the trade press say?
Less than it seems. Both Billboard Insider items come from the company.
The October 6 post is bylined "Tracey Hess, COO & Co-Founder of Elevate OOH." It is the company's own account, not an outside report. It says Elevate OOH gives operators the essentials for inventory management, proposals, contracts with e-signatures and easy renewals. It says the product is centered on a CRM. The aim is to show where each lead stands and the next step for each.
The post also says leads from a company's website feed into its Elevate OOH account as true leads. It says five billboard companies had joined. It says a few Founders Circle spots remain, and then it closes. A Launch Club subscription would follow for the rest of 2026. The post gives no price.
The August 14 listing sits in the site's classifieds. It says Elevate OOH uses "AI integrations" for workflows, cleaner data and better analytics. It gives no detail.
We did not find an independent review, a customer review or a news report from outside the company.
What features does Elevate OOH list?
Only some features show on its own site. Others come from the co-founder's post.
| Area | Its own site | Launch post (Oct. 6, by its co-founder) | Classified (Aug. 14) |
|---|---|---|---|
| CRM | CRM with inventory and contract management; "track opportunities" | The center of the product; shows each lead's place and next step | "CRM and inventory platform" |
| Inventory | Inventory management; "organize assets" | Inventory management | Inventory platform |
| Proposals | Not listed | Listed | Not listed |
| Contracts | Contract management | Contracts with e-signatures | Not listed |
| E-signature | Not listed | Listed | Not listed |
| Renewals | Not listed | "Easy renewals" | Not listed |
| Website design | Mobile-friendly sites with inventory maps tied to the product | Website leads feed into the account | Sites with integrated inventory maps |
| AI | Not listed | Not listed | "AI integrations" for workflows, data and analytics |
| Reporting | "Real-time visibility into your business" | Not listed | Company metrics in one platform |
| Leases and permits | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed |
| Billing and QuickBooks | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed |
| Work orders and proof of performance | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed |
| Digital faces and programmatic | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed |
"Not listed" means the page does not mention it. It does not mean the product lacks it. Ask for a demo of anything you need.
How does the website tie-in work?
This is the one feature all three items stress. Elevate OOH builds the website for you. The maps on that site link to your Elevate OOH account. The launch post says it tied accounts to website inventory and location maps. It says leads from the site land in the account as true leads.
That saves a rep from retyping a web form. It only helps if you let Elevate OOH build or rework your site. The site gives no price for website design. It does not say whether an existing site can connect.
How do you get started?
The site offers a demo through its contact page. It lists no free trial and no self-serve signup. It does list a login for existing customers. Ask in the demo who loads your faces and contracts, and what it costs.
How much does Elevate OOH cost?
The FAQ says the software "starts as low as $350 per month." That is $4,200 a year at the floor, by our math. It is a floor, not a quote.
| Item | As published (Oct. 12, 2026) |
|---|---|
| Software plans | Start as low as $350 a month |
| Named tiers | None. Plans scale with inventory, team size and feature needs. |
| Contract | Site: not locked into a long-term contract; you may cancel |
| Founders Circle | No price published. A few spots left, per the launch post. |
| Launch Club | No price published. Planned for the rest of 2026, per the post. |
| Website design | No price published |
| Free trial | Not listed |
| Demo | Yes, through the contact page |
The site says plans scale with team size. SignDash says its users are unlimited. Ask Elevate OOH whether each seat adds cost.
What is not yet known?
Because it is new, a lot is open.
- Track record. There are no long-time users to ask.
- Customers. None is named. Five had joined, per the post.
- Plans. No tiers, no feature list per tier and no Launch Club price.
- Setup. The site does not say who loads your faces and contracts.
- Links. No accounting link or other integration is listed.
- Features. Several come only from the co-founder's post.
- Data. The site does not say how you export your data.
Who is Elevate OOH for?
It fits an independent owner who lives in spreadsheets. It suits a team that wants one CRM-led place for leads, inventory and contracts. It also suits an owner who wants website leads to land in the CRM. And you must be fine being an early customer. The no-long-term-contract line lowers the risk. It does not remove it.
Who is Elevate OOH not for?
- Owners who need a track record. It has none yet.
- Owners who need work orders, proof of performance or lease tools. None is listed.
- Owners with digital loops. The site says nothing about digital faces.
- Buyers who need tier prices. Only a starting price is posted.
What are the pros and cons of Elevate OOH?
| Pros (as published) | Cons |
|---|---|
| A posted starting price | Only a floor, with no tiers |
| No long-term contract, per its site | No track record or named customers |
| CRM at the center, per its co-founder | Several features come from one post |
| Website design with maps that send leads in | Back-office tools are not listed |
| Built by people from independent OOH, per its page | No independent review yet |
What are the best Elevate OOH alternatives?
| Tool | Best for | Tradeoff | Price as published |
|---|---|---|---|
| SignDash | Small US owners who want proposals, e-sign and QuickBooks Online | Lighter back office | Set at signup; $250 a year per extra 100 faces |
| Apparatix | Owners who want a full back office | No public core price | On request |
| BillboardPlanet | Quote to install to accounting in one place | No public price | On request |
| Gabie | Owners with empty faces and a thin sales team | No billing, invoices, payments or e-sign | Free to 100 faces; then $0.25 a face a month |

What should you ask in an Elevate OOH demo?
- What is the yearly price for my faces and users, in writing?
- Which features are live today, and which are planned?
- Who loads my faces and live contracts, and how long does it take?
- Can I talk to a customer who has used it for a few weeks?
- How would my books connect, if I use QuickBooks?
- Can I export all my data if I leave?
Is Elevate OOH worth a look?
Yes, if you are an independent owner who wants a CRM-led tool and a posted starting price. With no long-term contract, you can leave if it falls short, per its site. Do not plan around features you have not seen. It went public six days before we checked, and the evidence is one site, one classified ad and one post by its co-founder.
Wait if you need proof of performance, lease tracking or billing from a tool with years behind it. Check back in a few months. By then there should be more users, more detail and perhaps a real review. Until then, compare it with tools that have a history. Our billboard CRM guide lists what a good CRM should do for a billboard company.
