Sources: Apparatix's homepage, CRM page, fulfillment page, yield page, AI page and 2025 review. The accounting and partner price cells come from a Vantage LED page. Elevate OOH's homepage, FAQ, the launch post and an August 2026 listing. "Not listed" means the pages we read do not mention it. It does not mean the product lacks it.
What do Apparatix and Elevate OOH have in common?
Both list a CRM and inventory. Both list contracts. Both are aimed at independent operators. Both start with a demo, not a free signup.
Both also skip one job. Neither lists a way to find new advertisers for an open face. A rep still has to find the buyer and send the first email.
What is the main difference?
Age and depth. Apparatix says it began 20 years ago. Its pages list the work after a deal is signed. That means work orders, proof, real estate tools and billing links. It also lists a rule-based pricing engine and AI sales tools.
Elevate OOH is days old. Its site lists a CRM with inventory and contract management. Its co-founder's launch post adds proposals, e-signatures and renewals. The post says the CRM is the center. It lists none of the back-office tools.
So ask what hurts most. If it is paperwork, look at Apparatix. If it is scattered leads and you want a simple start, look at Elevate OOH. Then weigh the risk of a new tool.
How do the prices compare?
Elevate OOH posts a starting price. Apparatix does not.
Elevate OOH's FAQ says the software starts as low as $350 per month. That is $4,200 a year, by our math. It names no tiers. It says plans scale with inventory, team size and features. It posts no price for Founders Circle, Launch Club or website design. See our Elevate OOH review.
Apparatix asks you to book a demo. Its one clear rate is for AI Sales Profiles. They cost a monthly fee per user, plus about $0.70 a profile. Its e-sign tool is priced per document, with no per-user fees. A partner's page lists $35 and $50 per digital display a month, plus an optional $3 per static board. That page is undated and its footer says 2022. See Apparatix pricing.
Neither number is a full quote. Ask both for a yearly price at your face count. Ask what is extra.
How do they compare for selling?
Apparatix rebuilt its CRM in May 2025. It lists visual swimlanes, mobile access and AI prompts that help reps rank deals. Its CRM page says proposals can go out from a phone. It promises coverage "from conversation to proposal to signature." The page also says the CRM is for Apparatix users only. AI Sales Profiles need an Apparatix CRM account.
Elevate OOH is built around its CRM. Its co-founder's post says the CRM shows where each lead stands and the next step for each. Its site lists "track opportunities." The post adds that proposals, contracts with e-signatures and renewals are part of the product.
Apparatix has more selling tools on its pages. Elevate OOH makes the CRM the heart of its pitch.
How do they compare on the back office?
Apparatix lists much more. Its fulfillment page lists mobile and maintenance work orders and vinyl receipt tracking. It lists warehouse inventory and automated proof-of-performance reports. Its 2025 review lists new real estate tools. A partner's page lists accounting and QuickBooks in the Essentials tier.
Elevate OOH lists none of these on its site, in its launch post or in its listing. That may change. It is a fair question for a demo. Ask what is live today and what is planned.
Which is better for digital billboards?
Apparatix lists more. Its fulfillment page lists automated digital charting, dynamic creative, dynamic schedules and programmatic integration. Elevate OOH's pages say nothing about digital or static faces. Ask how it handles loops and slots if you run LED boards.
What about websites and leads?
This is where Elevate OOH is ahead on paper. It builds websites for OOH companies. The maps on those sites connect to your account. Its launch post says leads from the site land in the CRM as true leads.
Apparatix's pages list no website tools. If you want one vendor for your site and your CRM, that favors Elevate OOH.
How do size and support compare?
Apparatix says it serves 400+ operators. Its 2025 review says its team closed 7,619 support tickets that year. It also describes a yearly user event called Unleashed.
Elevate OOH's launch post says five billboard companies had joined. Its site lists a phone number, a contact form and a login. It does not describe support hours or a support team. Ask how fast a question gets an answer, and from whom.
What is the risk of a new vendor?
A new tool has no history. Elevate OOH soft-launched in September 2026. Its launch post says five billboard companies had joined. We found no independent review and no named customer. The launch post is also written by its co-founder.
Apparatix has a long history and 400+ operators, by its own count. It is a big system, so expect a real rollout. It also posts no price.
Whichever you pick, ask for these before you sign.
- A customer you can call who has used it for a while.
- A written yearly price.
- A plan for loading your faces and live contracts.
- A way to export all your data.
Which fits a 300-face owner?
Take Riverbend Outdoor in Jackson, TN. It has 300 faces, two reps and a part-time office manager.
If Riverbend's pain is posting crews, proof, leases and billing, Apparatix fits. If its pain is scattered leads, a spreadsheet and no website leads, Elevate OOH is worth a demo. If Riverbend has LED faces, ask Elevate OOH about them first.
What should you ask both vendors?
- What is the yearly price for my face count and users? What is extra?
- Which features are live today, and which are planned?
- Who loads my faces and live contracts, and how long does it take?
- How does my QuickBooks connect? Which version?
- Can I see a real work order or a real proposal from a customer's setup?
- Can I get all my data out if I leave?
Pick Apparatix if
- You want work orders, proof of performance and real estate tools in one OOH system.
- You want rule-based pricing that follows real-time availability.
- You run static and digital faces and want digital charting.
- You want a vendor with a long history and 400+ operators, by its own count.
Pick Elevate OOH if
- You want a CRM-led tool and a posted starting price.
- You want website leads to land in your CRM.
- You like having no long-term contract.
- You are fine being an early customer, and you will ask to see every feature live.
What does neither one do?
Neither lists a way to find new advertisers. Apparatix's AI briefs a business the rep has already named. Elevate OOH's CRM tracks the leads you have. For static faces, someone still has to find the buyer.
