BillboardPlanet Pricing: What It Costs in 2026
By Gabie Research · Updated Oct 16, 2026 · 5 min read
Short answer
BillboardPlanet does not post prices for Quantum, its software for billboard owners, or for Equinox, its software for agencies. Its site offers a demo and a contact form. The Quantum page lists "Three Scalable Options" and six add-on modules but gives no dollar amount. Ask for a written quote that names every module and fee.
- BillboardPlanet posts no prices on any page we checked.
- The Quantum page lists three options and six add-on modules. It does not name the options.
- Equinox, the agency product, lists two options. It also has no price.
- Its pages list no free trial or free plan. The first step is a demo or a message.
- Ask which modules are in the base price and which cost extra.
BillboardPlanet does not post prices for its software. Not for Quantum, which is for billboard owners. Not for Equinox, which is for agencies and media buyers. You ask for a demo, and a quote comes after. This page shows what its site does say, and how to ask for a quote.
What does BillboardPlanet sell?
BillboardPlanet is a software company for the outdoor ad industry. Its site says it has more than 20 years in the industry. It sells two products. Quantum is for media owners. Equinox is for ad agencies and media buyers. Each has its own page, and neither shows a price.
How does BillboardPlanet price its software?
BillboardPlanet prices on request. None of the pages we checked show a plan, a rate or a free trial. The homepage says to call or write to schedule a demo with a product specialist. The Quantum page ends with a "Schedule a Presentation and Demo" button.
We found no public price in the other places we checked either. That includes the OAAA Tech Locator listing and Billboard Insider's coverage.
| Item | As published (Oct. 12, 2026) |
|---|---|
| Quantum price | Not published |
| Quantum options | A heading says "Three Scalable Options." The options are not named. |
| Quantum add-on modules | Six are listed. No prices. |
| Equinox price | Not published |
| Equinox options | A heading says "Two Scalable Options." The options are not described. |
| Free trial or free plan | Not listed |
| How to start | A demo, or the contact form |
The Equinox page has no price and no demo offer that we could find. It does link to a client login.
What drives the cost of BillboardPlanet?
BillboardPlanet does not say what sets its price. Its site gives clues, not rules. It shows three things that could change a quote:
- The option you pick. Quantum has three, and Equinox has two.
- The add-on modules you want. Quantum lists six.
- The product you need. Quantum is for owners. Equinox is for agencies.
It does not say if the price depends on faces, users, markets or revenue. So ask. A tool can price by user, by face, by structure or flat. The answer changes your yearly bill as you grow.
What is included in a BillboardPlanet price?
The Quantum page does not say. It does list what the software covers, and which parts are add-ons.
| On the Quantum page | What it says |
|---|---|
| Sales cycle | Inventory, CRM, availability reports, proposals, contracts, reporting, accounting links, proof of performance, and print and install work orders |
| Add-on: apps | Quantum GO and Warehouse Receiving apps |
| Add-on: accounting | Works with any accounting software through an API or exports |
| Add-on: reporting | Power BI or system reports |
| Add-on: CRM link | Connects to a third-party CRM |
| Add-on: digital | Digital player integration and programmatic management |
The page lists six add-on modules as available. It does not say which options include them, or if any cost extra. Ask for that in writing.
In June 2025, Quantum users also got a link to the Blip marketplace for digital faces. Billboard Insider says it needs minimal setup. The article gives no fees.
How do billboard software tools price?
Here is how four tools price, using only what each vendor publishes.
| Tool | Pricing model | What it publishes |
|---|---|---|
| BillboardPlanet | On request. Quantum lists three options and six add-ons. | No prices. |
| Apparatix | On request after a demo. | No core price. See Apparatix pricing. |
| SignDash | A flat base fee set at signup, then a charge per 100 faces. | $250 a year for each extra 100 faces. |
| Gabie | Per face, with no base fee. Not per user. | Free to 100 faces. Then $0.25 a face a month. Enterprise is custom. |
What should you have ready before you ask?
A vendor can only quote what it knows. Bring these facts to the first call:
- How many static faces and digital faces you own
- How many people will use the software
- Which accounting system and CRM you use now
- Whether you need digital player feeds or programmatic sales
- Whether you also want the agency product, Equinox
The accounting, CRM and digital items map to the add-on modules the Quantum page lists. Each one may change the quote.
How do you ask BillboardPlanet for a quote?
- Use the demo button on the Quantum page, or the contact form. The form has fields for name, email, subject and message.
- Say what you own: static faces, digital faces, users and markets.
- Say which product you want: Quantum, Equinox or both.
- Ask the questions below.
- Get the quote in writing.
Ask these questions in the demo.
- What are the three options? What does each one include?
- Which of the six add-on modules are in my price? Which cost extra?
- Is the price per user, per face, per structure or flat?
- What are the setup and data import fees? Who loads my faces?
- How long is the contract? What happens at renewal?
- How much can the price rise each year?
- Can I get all my data out if I leave?
How does the price compare with other tools?
You cannot compare a price that is not posted. So compare the model first. Ask each vendor for a yearly price at your face count. Then add the cost of any tool you would still need on the side.
A quote is worth getting if you want one system for the work around a sale. Quantum lists contracts, install work orders, proof of performance and accounting links. If you want a posted price first, SignDash and Gabie show theirs. Our BillboardPlanet review covers what the software does.
