SignDash does not post a base price. Its terms say the base fee is set when you sign up, based on the use you expect. It does post one rate: $250 a year for each extra block of 100 faces. Its site says users are unlimited. This page shows the terms, what the site lists, and how to get a quote.
Blip bought SignDash in December 2025, per a company announcement in Billboard Insider. Blip says it will keep supporting current SignDash users and invest in upgrades. It also says SignDash "will become more connected to Blip's broader ecosystem, including data and programmatic features."
How does SignDash price its software?
SignDash sets your price in two parts. First comes a base fee, set at signup. Then comes a charge for faces above your estimate. The SignDash site shows no dollar amounts or plan names. It says only that it has "affordable prices, no hidden costs, and unlimited users."
The details are in the terms of service, last changed June 18, 2026.
| Item | As published |
|---|---|
| Base fee | Set at signup, based on the use you estimate |
| Extra faces | $250 a year for each additional 100-face block, unless a separate agreement says otherwise |
| Users | Unlimited, per the site |
| Payment | Prepaid. SignDash may auto-charge if you give it payment details. |
| Price changes | Not during a prepaid cycle. SignDash gives 30 days' notice. |
| Refunds | Payments are non-refundable. SignDash refunds the unused part if it ends the service without cause. |
| Term | Starts when you register. A fixed term renews month to month at the current rate. |
| Ending | Either side, with 30 days' written notice |
| Late payment | SignDash can suspend the service if you are more than 30 days past due |
| Free trial | Not listed |
An earlier version of the terms, last changed October 16, 2023, shows the same $250 rate. So the rate has held since at least then.
What does the $250 mean for my bill?
It is a charge per block of 100 faces. It starts only after you pass the use you estimated at signup.
Say Riverbend Outdoor in Jackson, TN, signs up with a base fee that covers 300 faces. A year later it has 500 faces. That is two extra blocks of 100. So it pays $500 a year more, on top of the base fee.
The terms do not say how SignDash bills a part of a block. If you add 20 faces, ask if that costs the full $250.
Will the SignDash price change?
SignDash can raise prices, but not in the middle of a prepaid cycle. It must give 30 days' notice first. The $250 rate is the same in the 2023 and 2026 terms.
A rate can still change. A January 2024 Billboard Insider article says SignDash "has always been affordable and will remain so." It gives no price.
What is included in the price?
SignDash does not list tiers or paid add-ons. Its site and trade press list these tools.
- A dashboard with occupancy, budgets, proposals, renewals and tasks
- Open faces shown while you build a proposal
- Contracts emailed for digital signature
- Reports on revenue and face availability
- A WordPress plugin with a board list and a map
- A QuickBooks Online link, added in summer 2024
The site does not say if any of these cost extra. It also says custom reports are made case by case. And SignDash says it builds WordPress sites for clients. It posts no price for either. Ask about both.
What is not published?
SignDash does not post the base fee or a list of plans. Its site does not cover setup, loading your data, or training. Ask who loads your faces and live contracts, how long it takes, and what it costs.
SignDash serves US clients only. Its advertisers must be in the U.S. or Canada.
How do billboard software tools price?
Here is how four tools price, using only what each vendor publishes.
| Tool | Pricing model | What it publishes |
|---|---|---|
| SignDash | A flat base fee set at signup, then a charge per 100 faces. Unlimited users. | $250 a year for each extra 100 faces |
| Apparatix | On request after a demo. | No core price. See Apparatix pricing. |
| BillboardPlanet | On request. Quantum lists "Three Scalable Options." | No prices. See BillboardPlanet pricing. |
| Gabie | Per face, with no base fee. Not per user. | Free to 100 faces. Then $0.25 a face a month. Enterprise is custom. |
SignDash posts a rate for adding faces. Apparatix and BillboardPlanet post none on their own sites. Still, you need a base fee quote from SignDash before you can add it up.
How do you get a SignDash quote?
- Use the Request a Quote link or the free demo button on the site. You book the demo through a calendar link.
- Say how many faces you have now, and how many you expect to add.
- Ask for the base fee in writing.
- Ask the questions below.
Ask these questions in the demo.
- What is the base fee for my face count? How many faces does it cover?
- Does a part of a 100-face block cost the full $250?
- Is the QuickBooks Online link in the price?
- What are the setup and data import fees? Who loads my faces?
- How long is the first term? What is the rate at renewal?
- Can I get all my data out if I leave?
Is SignDash a good deal?
It can be, for a small US sales team. Unlimited users keep the bill steady as you hire. The face charge is easy to add up. But SignDash lists no tools for leases, posting or digital loops. Our SignDash review covers what the software does and what it leaves out.
