Booking
A booking is a confirmed sale of a face or digital slot for set dates.
A booking turns a hold or a proposal into sold inventory. The face is taken for those dates, and no one else can buy it.
On a static face, one booking fills the face. On a digital face, a booking fills one or more slots in the loop.
Bookings drive billing, printing and installs. They also feed occupancy reports and renewal lists.
In Gabie
Gabie re-checks capacity on every booking, so a face can’t be double-booked. Signing a contract turns a matching hold into a confirmed booking.
