Trim size

Trim size is the final size of a billboard print after it is cut and finished.

OAAA defines trim size as the size of the printed sheet once it is ready for placement.

Trim size is not always the face size. A 14 x 48 bulletin vinyl finishes at 15 x 49 feet with bleed. A standard poster’s printed area is 10 feet 5 inches by 22 feet 8 inches.

Get the trim size from the operator before you print. Faces that look alike can differ by inches.

Every empty face is money you already spent.
